Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

We have a 1-day replacement policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Important Points About Our Return Policy

  • No returns will be accepted for size issues, quality concerns, or personal preferences.

  • Our products are Free Size.

  • Replacements will only be issued after inspection.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate a replacement request.

Note: बिना Opening Video के किसी भी condition में Product Return/Replacement नहीं होगा।
(Product replacement or return will not be processed under any circumstances without an opening video.)

Eligible Cases for Replacement

Our 1-day replacement policy is applicable only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received (must be verified through an unboxing video).

  • Defective or damaged item received (must be verified through an unboxing video).

Cases Not Eligible for Replacement

The following situations are not covered under our replacement policy:

  • Any item damaged or washed by the customer.

  • Any item not returned in its original packaging with all inserts.

  • Any item not in its original condition.

  • Health-related products are not returnable.

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and inserts.

Based on the pictures and unboxing video provided by the customer, our team will determine whether a replacement or refund is applicable. The decision of our team will be final.

A flat return fee of ₹120 will be charged for approved returns related to size issues.

Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable or the delivery attempt fails, the refund will be processed to the customer's UPI ID or QR Code after deducting shipping charges.

We are not responsible if a customer pays more than the COD amount mentioned on the invoice.

If a customer contacts us after the 1-day replacement period has expired, no replacement or refund request will be entertained.

Approved refunds will only be credited through UPI or QR Code.

Damaged Product Claims

अगर आपका प्रोडक्ट कहीं से खराब या Damage है, तो आप Product की फोटो, Invoice की फोटो और Opening Video उसी Email ID पर भेज सकते हैं जिससे आपको Order Confirmation Mail प्राप्त हुआ था। Delivery की तारीख से केवल 1 दिन के भीतर ही दावा किया जा सकता है। उसके बाद कोई Replacement या Refund स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

नोट: बिना Opening Video और Invoice के किसी भी शिकायत पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जाएगी।

If your product is damaged, please send:

  • Product photos

  • Invoice photo

  • Opening video

to the same email address from which you received the order confirmation email. Claims must be submitted within 1 day of delivery.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Excessive delivery delays of multiple weeks.

  • Repeated delivery of incorrect or damaged items.

Refunds will be processed to the customer's bank account via UPI or Net Banking.

How to Start a Return or Replacement Request

Steps:

  1. Share your order number and registered phone number/email.

  2. Include photos and videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

  3. If eligible, we will arrange a return pickup.

  4. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the replacement or refund process will begin.

  5. For refund requests, please provide your UPI ID.

If return pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to ship the product back to us. The replacement will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 1 day so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the eligible product and place a new order separately.

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item. If approved, the refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.
